Shipping & Returns

Three options are available for most items sold on my online shop:

1. Local pickup - this option is for pickup at my business address directly. There is no cost for this option but it does require scheduling a date/time with me to pick up your item(s). Scheduling availability is typically within the week but may be longer if custom items were ordered (as it takes time to design and create custom orders). 

2. Local Delivery - this is delivery done by me and not through a post office. This is a cheaper option depending on your distance from my business and is calculated based on miles traveled (round trip). Timing is also dependent upon my personal availability. Delivery will occur within 1-3 weeks depending on if any custom items were ordered (allows for design and creation time). 

3. Postal Delivery - delivery completed by USPS. Prices for this as well as the above are calculated at checkout. Delivery will occur within 1-3 weeks depending on if any custom items were ordered (allows for design and creation time). Also allows for shipping delays (we all know how that can be). 

RETURNS: As most of the products I sell are consumable, I do not accept returns at this time
